Marc Bidou est Président Directeur Général de Bilendi, société qu’il a fondée en 1999 sur un concept original : aider les entreprises à fidéliser leurs clients de plus en plus volatiles dans le nouvel environnement Internet. Cette vision stratégique a permis à la société de se développer rapidement tant en croissance interne en ouvrant le marché des panels en ligne qu'en croissance externe grâce au rachat de plusieurs sociétés leader sur leurs marchés respectifs en Grande-Bretagne, en Allemagne et au Maroc.

Marc est aussi l'homme clé des grands comptes, notamment dans les secteurs de la banque/assurance, de la distribution, du tourisme, des télécoms, etc.

Marc a d'abord mis son talent au service de The Walt Disney Company en 1990, il est ensuite devenu Directeur Business Development de Disney Interactive (Europe, Middle East & Africa) en 1995.

Il est diplômé d’une Maîtrise des Sciences de Gestion de l’Université Paris IX Dauphine un DESS de Finance de l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris ainsi que d’un Master Strategic Management d’HEC Paris.

François a rejoint Bilendi en 2023 en tant que Directeur juridique du groupe. Il est responsable de tous les aspects juridiques (corporate, contrats, conformité RGPD, acquisitions...) ainsi que des questions RSE. Après de nombreuses années en tant qu'avocat dans le domaine des fusions et acquisitions, François a travaillé pour des entreprises internationales, leaders sur leurs marchés. Il est diplômé de la faculté de Droit Paris I (Master 2 en Droit et Master 2 en Droit des affaires) et d'HEC (Corporate Finance ICCF) et titulaire d'un MBA.

Après plusieurs années dans diverses entreprises dédiées à l'informatique, Hervé a fondé Elma en 1998, cette SSII a ensuite été intégrée au groupe Bilendi en 2000.

Ángel joined Bilendi in March 2020 in order to develop the commercial team to strengthen the business in Spain. His mission is to lead the commercial team, as well as assist market research companies and media agencies in the data collection process. He has developed a large part of his professional career in the commercial area where he has worked for 14 years at ODEC as Key Account Manager and as Commercial Director in market research companies such as Ipsos and Neurologyca – He has extensive experience in data capture, processing and presentations. David joined Bilendi in November 2020 in order to lead the Project Managers team in Spain, as well as manage and process the online panel. Among his functions are the effective creation of dashboards to know the performance and evolution of the studies in Spain, as well as the creation, control and implementation of CAWI projects, in all their phases. David completed his education in Economics at the University Complutense of Madrid and has a degree in Marketing and Market Research from the University Oberta of Catalonia. Stephen is a specialist in the fields of customer loyalty and engagement. He joined the company in 2007.

He has played a major role in the development of loyalty in an extremely competitive context. He has worked with some of the biggest European brands, such as Mothercare, Dell, AOL, BDR Thermea and Baxi.

Hicham is at the head of the 2WLS company, a pioneer company in the field of customer loyalty in Morocco, which has been part of the Bilendi group since 2009.

A graduate engineer from the Ecole Nationale Supérieur in Caen, he began his career as a consultant with Atos Origin. He is also President of the Association of Technological Companies in Morocco (ASTEC). Hicham was involved in the wording of the 'autoentrepreneur' legislation in France, and in particular the use of mobile payment to offer welfare cover and the use of banking facilities by very small businesses.

Co-founder of 2WLS in 2005, Wiam is responsible for the implementation of the development strategy of 2WLS - Bilendi Morocco in Africa and the Middle East. Wiam occupied the post of Operations and Marketing Manager for 9 years before taking charge of international business development in 2014. Under her responsibility, the marketing team successfully launched and transformed loyalty programmes. Wiam has more than 15 years' experience in marketing, finance and the chemicals industry.

Ludivine joined Bilendi's webdesign team in 2001, before taking up the post of Artistic Director for the group. With her experience in organisation and her technical expertise, which was actively involved in the group's development, she went on to become Planning & Production Director in 2011.

Ludivine ensures that the quality of development is constantly improving. She is also responsible for the management and organisation of the technical team (web designers, developers, system administrators), which aims to help the various entities of the group bring their projects to fruition.

Guillaume joined Bilendi Technology in 2007 as a developer and then went on to hold the post of Director of R&D in 2010. In 2014, he opened the Bilendi Technology offices in Grenoble in order to expand the development team. Constantly monitoring technological developments, in over 10 years of experience, Guillaume has acquired solid skills in software architecture, quality assurance and databases. He is a graduate of the Cs2i in Limoges.

Janne is our Country Manager in Finland and he has been a part of our journey since 2009. Janne is managing the Finnish office in Helsinki and serving local clients with Bilendi Finland's team of 7 in quantitative research projects ranging from providing just sample to implementing statistical analysis solutions. Janne’s team can also handle qualitative research.

Janne has a MSc (Business Administration) degree with a major in marketing and has previously been working at Keskisuomalainen Group within media research.

Hansley joined the Bilendi Group in October 2010 as Project Manager. In 2012 he was promoted as Head of the Project Management Division and actively participated in the creation of the Group’s project management tool. He played a pivotal role in the migration and integration of the German panel acquired by the group. He also piloted the introduction of scripting services to the Group activities.

In 2015, he returned to Mauritius, his country of origin, to create Bilendi Services Ltd, the production center of the Group. He currently manages the team in Mauritius focusing on four different business units which are: Project Management, Quotation Management, Scripting and Data Processing.

Davide works as a Business Development Director and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Italian office. He has been working in the market research sector for over 30 years: in 2007 he was one of the founders of VIA! company (acquired by Bilendi group in 2019), which deals with data collection and field management through its own Italian panel; after having held the role of CEO of VIA! for 5 years, he became Business Development Manager.

Gianluca has been working in the Market Research sector since 2003. Graduated in Social Psychology, he began as a qualitative researcher, and then progressively also dealt with quantitative research.

After working in several Research Institutes, in 2010 he joined Via! as Project Manager and Scripter; here he was able to put at the service of his clients the skills of researcher quali-quantitative acquired in previous years, allowing him to better understand their requests and support them in all stages of research. He has also actively contributed to the growth and development of the company through the training of new PMs.

Otto holds a university degree in sociology, psychology and media studies and a doctorate from the University of Cologne. He has been active in the field of market and social research since the early 1990s. Otto was founder and board member of respondi AG and has been chairman of the board of the German Society for Online Research (DGOF) since 2013. With the merger of Bilendi and respondi, he took on the role of Corporate Integration Director.

Maria has been in the market research industry for over 12 years. After graduating with a degree in business administration for market and communication research, she first worked for an international market research institute. She then joined respondi in 2011 in the sales department. As Sales Director, she was most recently responsible for German sales and now holds the same position at Bilendi & respondi.

Anne has led Bilendi's Key Account Management team since 2022. She started working for Bilendi in Berlin (previously Panelbiz) in 2010 after completing her market and social research specialist training.
